Our sauces are all homemade from recipes passed down to us from generations of fine Italian cooks. To be successful in our industry it’s important to offer variety, but it also helps to specialize in something if you can. We were known as an Italian food caterer long before we became the diverse cuisine provider that we are today. We didn’t want to become one dimensional, so we worked on building our public image. We also became really good at making Italian food. The skills we learned as children coupled with a high demand for pasta, sauce, and specialty recipes helped us build our reputation and establish a name for ourselves.
