Your wedding day needs to be perfect. There is no room for error and everyone involved in putting it together needs to be the best at what they do. If you’re the bride, your dress needs to fit just right and the photographer is required to photograph only those moments when you’re looking your best. If you’re the groom, you’ll want all of your guests to be comfortable, happy, and well-fed. How exactly do we do that? It’s simple. We cook for your guests the same way that we would for our own. Coming from an Italian background, I know how important it is to put wholesome, tasty food on the table in large enough quantities to keep everyone happy. We’re not the type of Portland catering company that puts small portions out. When you hire us to cater your wedding you can expect to be well-fed and so can your guests. That’s the way Mom did it and that’s the way we do it too.
