In keeping with this philosophy, To Dine For Catering believes in supporting our local economy and community by using locally grown and produced products whenever possible. Our home always had fresh pasta drying on the counter and the aroma of a slow simmering tomato sauce. I expanded the knowledge I received in my mothers kitchen through training at Le Cordon Bleu and in local restaurants.
